Always striving to offer professional options in undercar and ball-joint tool categories, this new set features the all-new Goliath C-frame press, building on the success of our popular 78100 Goliath XL press with added benefits.

The new Goliath design boasts 2X the working throat space when using most adapters compared to our standard press, as well as 25% deeper arms than any press on the market, including the Goliath XL. This allows for more flexibility in positioning large adapters or stacking multiple inline, while also providing a longer arm length to position the press further away from interferences when working on larger applications such as 3-1/2 & 4-1/2 ton trucks.

To achieve these improvements and provide greater leverage while using the tool, Astro has developed our strongest c-frame design to date, utilizing our trusted forged steel alloy that ensures professional-grade durability. Designed for use on 2WD & 4WD Domestic, Import & Euro vehicles through the 2020s, the set includes a manual with information for over 1,100 applications.

In addition to the robust C-frame press, the set includes 100% forged adapters and a large ball-bearing forcing screw that is class 12.9 heat treated for maximum durability. This latest offering from Astro combines a large forged alloy C frame press with industry-leading strength, wider opening, and longer arms to easily accommodate adapters.

The set includes all the receiver tubes and removing/installing adapters necessary for working on press-fit upper and lower ball joints, making it a versatile and essential tool for any professional mechanic.
