Effortlessly Remove Bearings with the ABN Pneumatic SAE Standard Rear Axle Bearing Puller 3-Piece Service Set. This kit is designed to service semi-floating rear axle bearings on your vehicle, making the job simple and preventing damage to your bearings. Unlike claw-type axle bearing pullers that can slip off and damage old bearings, this set provides a secure grip for efficient removal without causing harm.

To use, simply slide the flat end of the puller through the center of the bearing and against the backside, then insert the washer down the center of the shaft against the front side of the bearing. Tighten the nut on the smaller end of the puller and attach a slide hammer (sold separately) to the puller. Slide the hammer back and forth until the bearing is extracted. The washer ensures that force is evenly distributed over the bearing to prevent damage during removal.

This set includes standard SAE sizes that are suitable for most American domestic makes and models. The sizes range from 1 inch to 1-7/8 inches, 1-5/16 inches to 2-3/8 inches, and 1-3/8 inches to 2-7/8 inches. Each tool is laser-etched with the size for easy identification and fits a standard slide hammer with a 5/8-inch x 18 thread pitch.

For convenience, the kit comes with a heavy-duty plastic blow-molded carrying case for easy transportation, safe storage, and quick organization. The package includes three rear axle bearing removers and one carrying case. Please note that a slide hammer is not included with the set.
