The Ball Joint Press Kit can be used with the 4WD Adapter from ORION MOTOR TECH to easily remove press-fit parts such as ball joints, U-joints, brake anchor pins, and more on most 2-wheel drive (2WD) and 4-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles without having to take out the control arm. It is suitable for a wide range of American domestic and imported cars, as well as light pickup trucks with press-fit type ball joints. The kit also includes a 4WD adapter for servicing 1967 - current 1/2 and 3/4 ton 4WD vehicles with either a Dana 30 or 44 front axle, making it compatible with vehicles from Ford, GM, Dodge, IHC, and Jeep. The Ball Joint Separator comes with 5 adjustable tools designed for various domestic and import vehicles. It includes a Ball Joint Separator, Tie Rod and Ball Joint Remover, Conical Pitman Arm Puller, Pitman Arm and Tie Rod End Puller, Pitman Arm Puller, all neatly organized in an ABS case. Made from extraordinarily tough and durable alloy, these tools are built to withstand even the most challenging tasks. This front end service tool kit is capable of removing the toughest ball joints, tie rod ends, and pitman arms with ease.
